At Uniqlo, I was the primary email designer, managing both creative and technical aspects. I collaborated with key leads to create a comprehensive promotional calendar for major events. Leading email design and production, I also mentored junior designers. Partnering with the copywriter, we strategized for increased clicks. A/B tests initiated with the CRM Director led to a 1500% growth in the email list and a 356% growth in email revenue. I actively contributed to diverse marketing projects beyond emails, including in-store digital displays and homepage updates.
